In this role you will:
· Analyse European regulation to understand the key implications for Vanguard.
· Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to understand where change is required to meet European regulatory requirements.
· Produce detailed documentation to record requirements and prepare executive-level communications to summarise the high-level impact.
· Lead workshops to design implementation solutions to incorporate change across the business.
· Develop, manage and execute project plans (working closely with programme managers) and define the roles and responsibilities of stakeholders.
· Plan, schedule, coordinate, and manage activities required to deliver the project.
· Benefit from coaching and mentorship from Vanguard Europe’s senior management within the Operations organization.
