Your Mission
- Support the design, management, and implementation of innovative (sub-)projects aimed at optimizing global service processes and organizational structures.
- Act as a deputy project lead, coordinating and steering interdisciplinary project teams with a strong focus on quality and results as well as contribute your expertise to company-wide initiatives and collaborate closely with colleagues from various departments.
- Help define and monitor service KPIs and translate insights into actionable recommendations for our global service organization.
- Take ownership of the administration, maintenance, and continuous development of service-relevant software solutions as well as service processes and tools with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Plan and deliver training sessions on newly developed or improved processes and create clear, user-friendly documentation for global teams.
Your Talents
- You have completed a management or IT-related vocational training program with several years of relevant work experience – or hold a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- Ideally you bring experience in a service-related environment, such as 2nd level support, service process management, or lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) ideally with tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Microsoft Power Automate is a plus.
- You’re well-versed in project and business process management methodologies and tools.
- You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken, and communicate confidently in an international context.
