This role belongs to a broader regional team supporting key growth initiatives for the Europe/UK region, including regional events. The position itself combines project managing and communication skills in fast- paced environment as well as supporting events and conferences in the region.

We will count on you to:

  • Support end-to-end planning and execution of events and conferences across the region, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams — including business leaders, marketing, and event operations — to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality events.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (mostly virtually) and lead meetings to advance projects.
  • Liaise with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely project execution.
  • Support regional leaders on key growth initiatives such as new solution launches and building internal communities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on progress, achievements, and challenges.
  • Manage invoicing and other administrative tasks related to projects.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and recommend improvements.

What you need to have: 

  • A proven track record with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a multinational company
  • Proficiency in English is a must, enabling clear communication with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail are essential for successful event execution
  • Experience working with virtual teams and the ability to coordinate their efforts effectively
  • Expertise in using Excel and PowerPoint for data management, reporting, and presentation purposes
