What you will do. A glimpse into your role:
As a Project Manager & Business Analytics professional, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely implementation and successful delivery of assigned projects and business processes. You will analyse business cases, plan and coordinate project activities, collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, and support the smooth handover of initiatives to the business.
You will also act as a strategic analytical partner for the Country organization, building strong internal relationships and providing valuable insights through effective reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence tools.
Your responsibilities include:
Ensure high‑quality execution of assigned projects, taking corrective actions when results deviate from expectations.
Support the creation of financial business cases through data analysis, information gathering, and research.
Set up project structures including governance models, reporting formats, and standardized templates.
Work closely with Commercial, MS, Finance, and Operations teams to gather insights, define priorities, and coordinate business activities.
Track project schedules, budgets, risks, and progress while maintaining accurate logs and documentation.
Create insightful dashboards and reporting tools to help country teams measure and optimize their KPIs.
Become a BI expert, extracting, interpreting, and transforming data to drive meaningful business conclusions and decisions.

Key competencies to empower your journey. You’ll drive success if you have:
1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical/project‑focused role.
Strong knowledge of reporting and statistical tools (MicroStrategy, Power BI).
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Advanced data modelling and quantitative analysis skills.
Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
