Junior Product Marketing Specialist Consumables & Accessories ServiceThe challenge

The Junior Product Marketing Specialist is a fundamental role in Service accountable for all process and go to market activities for Consumables and Accessories, developing, positioning, and launching them
The role focuses on market analysis and benchmarking, customer value definition and value proposition, and go-to-market support.
The role works working closely with cross-functional teams such as other Service teams, PL Teams, R&D Teams and Local Teams of Service and Finish good.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the Consumables and Accessories range and for the channel distribution and eventual exclusivity
Support product launches and NPI integrated approach, especially guaranteeing the presence of the Accessories in accordance with go-to-market timing
Manage Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes, including code creation, stage-gate tracking, and updating all relevant product data from active to inactive status
Manage forecast accuracy in full coordination with PL, Service Supply chain and Local Sales teams, including inventory management and obsolescence containment
Liaise and collaborate effectively with suppliers to ensure proper product development and procurement.
Interact with local markets to identify portfolio gaps and explore new business opportunities, leading Business case preparation
Benchmarking, and customer analysis to support strategic decisions
Prepare the unique selling propositions (USPs) and key differentiators for each product to support marketing and sales initiatives, and contribute to developing trade stories, and any Go-to-market materials
Create and update marketing materials (presentations, product sheets, sales enablement tools, certificates, labels, packaging, etc…)
Collaborate with Sales to support training and product knowledge initiatives
Monitor product performance with regular update to Market teams and Service leadership
Proactive approach in designing promotional activities based on sales channel
Support D2C channel with Digital marketing campaigns, Digital advertising and SEO compliance
What you need to succeed
Education: Degree in Marketing or Economics
Previous Experience:1 year in a similar role
Skills:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Business understanding and analytic skills
Language: English language full proficiency
