Commercial Banking Tribe
You’ll be joining the Commercial Bank Tribe, who is focusing on the special needs of the small and medium enterprise clients in Germany, a designated area for further growth and investment within Corporate Bank.
We are responsible for the digital transformation of ~800.000 clients in 3 brands, i.e. the establishment of the BizBanking platform including development of digital sales and service processes as well as the automation of processes for this client segment.
Junior Product Designer (f/m/x)

We are looking for a Junior Product Designer (f/m/x) to join our team and support the design of mobile and web banking products. In this role, you’ll work in a collaborative, agile environment, contributing to the design process across projects while learning from experienced professionals. You’ll grow your skills, bringing curiosity and creativity to crafting user-centered, accessible, and visually engaging solutions, while exploring new ideas and experimenting with design approaches as part of a team shaping the future of digital banking.

Your key responsibilities
You analyze business requirements and user needs, translating them into well-crafted user experiences that support the product development process from discovery to delivery.
You support research activities, including user interviews and usability testing (in-person and remote).
You design and prototype user-friendly, accessible interfaces for mobile and web apps, applying user-centered design principles and following iOS, Android, and web design guidelines.
You collaborate with developers and team members to review and deliver high-quality applications.
You support and maintain the design system, contributing to its evolution over time.
Your skills and experiences
You have a few years of relevant professional experience in UX/UI or product design.
You are proficient in Figma for design and prototyping, and familiar with Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, and agile methodologies.
Your portfolio speaks for itself, showcasing your expertise in user-centered design and your ability to solve problems with precision. (please provide this).
You have a curious mindset and willingness to learn, experiment, and grow within a collaborative team setting.
You have strong communication skills in written and spoken English. German is a plus.
