Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid media channels.
Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Google Gen, and Meta, including retargeting initiatives.
Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Manager, sales teams, and broader marketing teams to develop and execute a cohesive multi-channel strategy.
Optimize audience targeting and alignment between paid media and sales objectives.
Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests across ad creative, landing pages, and messaging to improve conversion rates.
Monitor and manage paid media budgets, ensuring efficient spend and performance optimization.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4 preferred), Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
Compile performance reports and provide clear insights, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Identify growth opportunities and propose innovative paid media initiatives to drive new user acquisition.
Analyze user behaviour using heatmapping and session-recording tools such as Hotjar or Mouseflow.
Collaborate with SEO teams on onsite initiatives, including keyword research, metadata optimization, and technical analysis.
Conduct basic SEO analysis using tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.
Build and optimize landing pages, forms, workflows, and email campaigns using HubSpot.
Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all marketing channels.
Work collaboratively on projects using Jira or similar project management tools.
Operate independently as a self-starter while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration.
Full professional proficiency in English (mandatory).
Full professional proficiency in at least one additional international language (mandatory), preferably German, French, Italian, Spanish or Arabic.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Google Ads
2+ years of experience in marketing analytics tools and SEO optimization strategies
2+ years of experience in marketing automation and project management platforms
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Programmatic.
Proven track record of improving performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, conversion rate)
Advanced analytical skills and comfort working with data and dashboards
Experience with tracking and measurement tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels)
Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaigns end-to-end
Bonus
Google Ads certification
Meta Ads experience
Experience with B2B lead generation campaigns, including lead quality optimization
Familiarity with CRM integrations (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and data enrichment tools such as Lusha and Zoominfo
Experience working with long sales cycles and lead nurturing strategies
Previous experience in SaaS or B2B environments
