We’re looking for a Junior Motion Designer to join our Corporate Marketing team and support the creation of motion graphics, animation, and video content for some of our most visible brand campaigns. This role will work closely with a Senior Motion Designer and the wider creative team to bring ideas to life in engaging, high-quality formats.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career designer to refine their craft within a global brand environment, contribute to major creative projects, and grow technical and strategic skills in motion design and video editing
Job Description
About the Role:
- Support the development and creation (or production) of animations, motion graphics, short-form videos, and social-first content
- Assist in preparing storyboards, mood boards, and visual references that align with campaign concepts
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, marketers, and the Senior Motion Designer to bring creative ideas to life
- Adapt existing creative assets into motion formats for campaigns, social media, and digital channels
- Edit raw footage, apply basic color grading, and prepare files for final delivery
- Help maintain and update motion design templates and documentation, ensuring brand consistency
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas, visual approaches, and narrative storytelling methods
- Assist with asset management, file organization, and maintaining an efficient workflow
About You:
- 1–3 years of experience in motion design, video editing, or related creative fields
- Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling, motion design fundamentals, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Ability to work within brand guidelines, adapt templates, and collaborate effectively across teams and time zones
- Excellent organizational skills, openness to feedback, and precision in animation timing, typography, and visual composition
