Junior / Midweight Motion Designer

JOB PURPOSE

This role is part of our Technology Business Unit, based in the vibrant city of Skopje. Our modern office is home to a diverse and talented team of over 100 professionals across various disciplines, including experts in Technology, Data, Motion Design, Marketing, and SRE.

Together, we focus on delivering cutting-edge solutions for some of the world’s leading brands, such as Meta, TikTok, eBay, Netflix, Logitech, Philips, and more, while fostering an environment of global collaboration and innovation.

As a Junior or Midweight Motion Designer, you support motion art direction through ideas, visuals, and narrative. You help bring concepts to life using motion craft and visual thinking. You care about story, framing, and how visuals communicate over time. You are hands on, curious, and keen to grow your skills.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Support the visual and motion direction of social media projects from concept to delivery
• Help develop creative ideas rooted in narrative, pacing, and visual structure
• Design and animate high quality motion work across campaigns and formats
• Create styleframes and motion elements that support the overall creative vision
• Collaborate closely with designers, creatives, and other disciplines
• Apply feedback to improve work and keep projects moving forward
• Stay curious about new tools, references, and techniques across motion and visual design

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Experience as a motion designer with an interest in art direction and visual storytelling 
• Good visual judgement and confidence contributing ideas to creative discussions
• Solid motion design skills with a good sense of timing, framing, and storytelling
• A social first mind who is aware of designing for social and current social trends
• Experience creating styleframes, visual systems, or narrative driven motion
• Drawing skills or frame by frame animation experience are a plus
• Curiosity around AI tools and interest in learning how they can support creative work
• A portfolio or showreel showing concept, craft, and motion design work
