Description:
Join our Manufacturing Engineering team supporting the production of advanced XRF and OES spectrometers.
This is a hands-on role focused primarily on supporting daily manufacturing operations, solving technical issues, and contributing to continuous improvement activities. It’s a great opportunity for an early-career engineer who wants to gain practical experience in a high-tech production environment.
Support production by troubleshooting technical and quality issues
Analyze non-conforming parts and help determine root causes
Work with suppliers on technical issues and corrective actions
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and R&D teams
Participate in process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives
Support introduction of new products into manufacturing
Help develop and improve assembly fixtures and test tools
Maintain technical documentation and follow change control processes
Basic understanding of manufacturing principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Hands-on, proactive attitude
Good communication skills in English (at least B1)
Basic knowledge of CAD tools
Willingness to work in a production/cleanroom environment
Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 kg with assistance
Driver's license B is preferred, occasional travel by car may occur
