Support Senior engineer in design and development of jigs, fixtures, and simple equipment for production and testing.
Support specification and selection of equipment and tools based on engineering and production requirements.
Support installation concept, layout, and standard setup for new equipment and test stations.
Define and maintain equipment and test system standards, setup conditions, and basic configuration rules.
Support software and firmware installation and configuration for machines and test systems.
Configure EOL test systems (hardware and software setup, configuration, and parameter setting).
Define and maintain test system setup and reconfiguration process (not test method design).
Support validation and release of equipment and test systems after installation or change.
Design and maintain equipment and test system maintenance concept together with Senior engineer and technician team.
Prepare maintenance plans, spare part lists, and maintenance standards for technicians to execute.
Support spare part management system (structure, list, min/max, classification), not physical handling.
Maintain engineering documentation for equipment, fixtures, test setups, configurations, and standards.
Support NPI activities related to equipment and test system readiness.
Support root cause analysis and improvement actions together with technicians when equipment or test systems have issues.
