We achieve this by monitoring our systems 24/7, stepping in to remediate issues before our customers even notice a problem.
As an MCR Operator, you’ll be part of a supportive team responsible for daily operations monitoring, always looking for ways to improve our services. This is a 12 hrs shift-based role, as our service runs around the clock. You’ll work on a rotation, which includes day shifts and night shifts, with coverage over both weekdays and weekends.
Whether it’s remediation, escalation, or registration of incidents, you’ll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to embrace shift work as part of a dynamic team, we’d love to welcome you aboard!
Your responsibilities would be to:
Ensures that systems, network and applications are properly monitored according to guidelines and procedures and being aware of possible flaws in the monitoring.
Analyzes and reports events according to instructions and within SLA's and is able to notice deviations in the reporting.
Operates and maintains monitoring tools and knows how to avoid known issues.
Actively supports and contributes to improvements of the services.
Plans tasks and activities within responsibility of relevant sub-team.
Creates, updates and reviews work instructions.
Pro-active manages all the shift's tasks.
