Junior Manager, PM MX Operation

Position Summary

We seek a Product Manager to track smartphone product strategy in charge of driving data-driven market and
competitor analysis to inform differentiation, following up sales strategies and partnerships to achieve revenue
targets, planning product life cycle-aligned portfolios and pricing, developing strategies to segment markets, target
specific customer groups, and position products to communicate value clearly, and managing efficiency
improvements to maximize profitability and market share, all while proactively mitigating risks and ensuring timely
market introductions

Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Track mid- to short-term sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.
• Foster customer relationships, define win-win collaboration frameworks, and identify new accounts/opportunities.
• Analyze market trends, competitor investments, P-Mix, and portfolios to drive data-driven operational plans.
• Track product/application-specific portfolio plans aligned with PLC stages, optimizing resource allocation.
• Support Manage line-up portfolio development, efficiency improvements, and market issue resolution.
• Guarantee all product strategies and business plans align with senior leadership vision and corporate objectives.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to top management, facilitating clear communication of plans, progress, and results
