About the Role
The Customer Services Executive is pivotal in supporting the On-Trade, Take Home Trade & Route To Market total beverage alcohol proposition and Consumer Care in GB and Ireland. This role centers around managing incoming phone calls and emails related to order placements and addressing customer queries efficiently.
Ensure every Customer/Consumer receives excellent service by expertly handling phone and email inquiries.
Build brilliant relationships with Customers/Consumers to maximize value from each interaction.
Personally own all Customer/Consumer queries & issues via phone calls and emails; act as the first point of escalation for resolution.
Foster strong business partnerships with Supply, Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Quality colleagues.
Engage in potential future tasks such as upselling through received phone calls.
Conduct outbound customer calls to sell products and gauge customer satisfaction.
Own and execute activities to Keg Returns and Return Beer, Keg balancing and coordinate the successful completion of activities associated with these processes
Support team manager with reporting tasks
Act as knowledge base for the team concerning processes and issue resolution
About You

What You Will Bring
5 GCSE / O Levels (including Maths & English) or equivalent qualification.
At least 6 months of experience in a busy customer service role focused on call management.
Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce/CRM tools is highly advantageous.
