Your ideal entry into an in-house position with a direct influence on the operational and strategic business. You will develop in a practical way and advise all business units in an international environment on all legal issues that arise.
In this role, you will advise the specialist departments in the EMEA region on all legal issues that arise
You will draft, review and negotiate supply-, purchase-, service-, IT- and licensing contracts
In addition, you will be involved in strategic projects at EMEA and global level
You will be responsible for the creation and implementation of internal trainings, especially in international contract law
You will observe legal developments and assess their business impact
In the event of legal disputes, you will support in close cooperation with external law firms
You are licensed to practice law in Germany or another EU Member State
You have first professional experience in general contract law, ideally in an international manufacturing company
You have experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts
Knowledge of intellectual property and insolvency law is desirable
In addition to a structured way of working, you have a good understanding of economic contexts and a high willingness to learn and develop
You have business-fluent German and English skills (at least C1 level); other European languages are an advantage
