Job Description & Summary
As a Junior Legal Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Legal researches;
Searches of databases in support of legal mandates;
Drafting of legal documents;
Submission of documents to authorities and obtaining of documents from authorities;
Administrative support of legal mandates (making and maintaining files of hard/soft copies of documents.);
Monitoring legislative updates for more senior colleagues;
Other support of the legal practice of the firm, as may be requested by more senior colleagues.
Requirements:
Master's degree in law;
Proficiency in Bulgarian and English;
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office;
Excellent communication skills;
Commitment to a long-term career in Law and consulting.
