Junior Lead Generation Specialist

Primary Responsibilities /Accountabilities/ Essential Functions:

  • Meet and communicate with 3rd party media vendors on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Manage low-spend Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Manage existing and potential vendor communications/optimizations, including but not limited to, reviewing, selecting, onboarding, relationship nurturing, issue resolution, quality control, and campaign growth and development.
  • Collaborate with compliance services to ensure GCE’s branding, copy, and other creative specifications are always current. Identifies opportunities to develop and sustain GCE branding/marketing with affiliate partners.
  • Evaluate current and historical campaign data and/or user behavior in order to optimize lead campaigns, provide recommendations, and challenge partners with quality enhancements and innovative lead delivery strategies for internal and external partners. 
  • Provide reports to executive management and operation managers, including but not limited to, lead numbers, conversion data, trends, lead status reports, budgeted leads, and lead projections.
  • Interprets client’s needs and creates project plans for campaign launches including the activities of project planning, project management, and execution of plan.
  • Consults on landing page optimization and testing recommendations for campaigns with 3rd party affiliate partnersOther duties as assigned.
  • Expected to attend and participate in in-person meetings/events.

Equipment Used and Responsibility

  • Entry level understanding of digital media placement processes among multiple media channels.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint), MS Project or similar project management software and social media platforms.
  • Good interpersonal skills to develop relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Good oral and written communications, a good command of the English language and ability to provide clear communications among all stakeholders.
  • An ability to work collaboratively as a team player and integrate with a diverse team with varying opinions and ideas.
  • Entry-level knowledge base in accounting, finance and marketing concepts.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and cope professionally with changing priorities.
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends required.

Experience/ Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, marketing, business management or related field required from a regionally accredited institution.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital performance marketing preferred.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background investigation.
  • Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement and Mission of Grand Canyon University.
