Junior IT Support Analyst (Entry-Level)

We’re looking for a curious, motivated individual who’s ready to learn and grow with us. No prior experience required, just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to dive in.

What You’ll Do

As part of our remote IT support team, you’ll help users solve technical issues and learn the ropes of professional IT service. You’ll be supported by experienced colleagues and given the tools to succeed.

  • Help recreate and troubleshoot user problems to find practical solutions
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members when needed
  • Follow established IT policies and procedures
  • Suggest ideas to improve user experience and team efficiency
  • Assist with basic training for users on common tools and systems
  • Learn and grow into guiding others as you gain experience
  • Stay familiar with our tools, systems, and support processes
  • Pitch in with other tasks as needed

  • Basic familiarity with computers and common software (e.g., Windows, Microsoft Office, email)
  • Good communication skills and a helpful attitude
  • Eagerness to learn about networks, servers, and IT systems — we’ll teach you.
