Part of a team of specialists responsible for the efficient and timely processing of all end-user PC requests across the company's global locations. This role is the critical link between user hardware needs and the physical procurement of IT assets, ensuring that all employees, regardless of location, receive the necessary equipment to perform their roles effectively.

Required:
Experience in IT Asset Management, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field, preferably within a large, multinational organization, including demonstrated success in supporting and resolving end-user requests
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with users and partners across diverse cultural backgrounds.
Fluent communication skills in English
Work an altered shift 11:00am - 7:00pm CET
Preferred:
Experience with global purchasing and procurement processes, including international shipping and vendor coordination.
Experience managing complex, time-sensitive logistics.
Foundational understanding of standard PC hardware components, configurations, and operating systems (Windows and macOS).
Able to read and understand procedural documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
