Job Description & Summary

Join our Identity and Access Management practice within Cybersecurity and Privacy services. In this role, you will help clients implement and maintain effective cybersecurity programs that protect assets, support digital transformation, and manage risk. You’ll work on access controls, infrastructure access management, and security processes and services to ensure clients are protected and compliant.

What you’ll do:

  • Work as part of a team to assess and test IT controls related to identity and access management. 
  • -Support audits (including SOX-related controls) and control assessments across applications, infrastructure, and third-party services. 
  • Use firm methodologies and tools to perform research, analysis, testing, and documentation. 
  • Identify control gaps and make recommendations for remediation and process improvements.  Help prepare audit deliverables and communicate findings to stakeholders. 
  • Maintain professional conduct, manage expectations, and collaborate effectively with team members and clients. 
  • Stay current with evolving technologies and industry standards. 

As a Jr. IT Auditor you are expected to:

Skills and requirements: 

  • IT audit experience (1–2 years). 
  • Advanced English communication skills. 

  • Professional conduct, flexibility/adaptability, and the ability to suggest efficiencies and improvements. 
  • Ability to stay current with technology and use firm tools and methodologies. 
  • Strong research, analysis, problem solving, and data handling skills. 
  • Empathetic, audience-appropriate communication and stakeholder expectation management. 
  • Commitment to ethical conduct and collaboration across diverse viewpoints. 

 

Optional:

  • Familiarity with SOX, PCI, ISO frameworks or certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP. 
  • ITIL knowledge. 

 

Minimum experience 

  • 1–2 years of relevant IT audit or related experience.
