Job Description

As Junior HR System Analyst, you will build foundational expertise in Workday by supporting system operations, testing, and documentation, while contributing to projects, enhancements, and cross-team collaboration.

You will report directly to Senior Manager, HR Information Systems and work in hybrid model with office in Katowice.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support Senior and Lead Analysts across the Workday toolset by assisting with system support, analysis, testing, and documentation
  • Work with team members and partners to gather and document requirements for routine system updates and enhancements
  • Be a primary day‑to‑day contact for the HR Service Centers and Payroll Team, providing ongoing support and assisting with system‑related questions or change requests.
  • Help with acquisitions and integration activities under the guidance of senior analysts
  • Participate in testing activities for Workday enhancements, releases, and upgrades
  • Support HR systems primarily configured and maintained internally, with exposure to vendor-supported solutions under guidance
  • Contribute to small, well-defined projects or system decommissioning efforts with clear scope and oversight from the manager or senior team members.
  • Manage and support ongoing cases, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Technology or related field

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • 2 years of overall experience in experience in Human Resources Information System: Workday HCM (end-user or configuration)
  • Demonstrated project management skills to manage many moving parts to ensure on-time delivery with a medium level of guidance
  • Familiarity with HR business processes and HR concepts
  • Present technical information and processes to non-technical audiences
  • Understand testing cycles and activities related to HR system enhancements and upgrades
