What will you be doing?
You’ll support day-to-day fleet operations for a smaller market, ensuring everything runs smoothly for our drivers. From coordinating vehicle orders and returns to managing data and supporting ESG initiatives, you’ll help keep our fleet compliant and efficient. You’ll work closely with leasing providers, dealers and internal teams, learning the ropes and gradually taking ownership of your own country portfolio. You’ll also maintain accurate data in fleet systems, assist with invoice checks, and support audits and reporting.

Success in this role means being organised, detail-oriented and eager to learn. You’ll thrive if you enjoy working with data and processes and have a service mindset. Here’s what we’re looking for:
Initial experience in similar or an administrative, operational, coordination or analytical role
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data
Professional English proficiency at C1 level for daily international communication
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
