Data analysis and reporting
IT costs allocation
Calculating and booking expense accruals, prepayments, and recharges
Balance sheet account reconciliation and presentation balances on quarterly review meetings
Post journal entries
Assisting in IT budget Plan and load
Close cooperation with Business Partners from the US, and other internal organizations (i.e. Accounts Payables)
Preparation of ad-hoc reports to support Business Partners,
Other ad-hoc analyses assigned by the supervisor
1 year of demonstrable finance experience
University degree in finance, accounting, or similar
Good understanding of P&L and Balance Sheet
Advanced use of MS Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Tableau and Oracle will be an asset
Good communication skills
Fluent English (spoken, written)
Self-starter and team player
Ability to work under tight deadlines
