As a Junior Finance Business Partner, you will be part of an international and diverse team, with primary responsibility focused on the Nordic region. In your role, you will be partly responsible for accounting, including delivering financial reports, tax reporting and compliance for annual accounts in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.
In addition, you will analyze profit and loss (P&L) statements, manage investment processes, handle insurances, statistics and audit coordination. The Finance Business Partner is the link between the business and our Business Shared Service Center in Portugal, and therefore acts as a single point of contact in supporting the organization with questions linked to accounting. You will be able to participate in different business projects where your expertise will be highly valued and therefore have the opportunity to learn more about the accounting processes in the Nordics.
Your main mission would be:
Minimum requirements:
University degree in a similar field of Business, Accounting, Finance.
2-3 years of experience from working within the accounting field.
Fluent in English and Swedish, and any additional Nordic languages would be an advantage
Good to have:
Strong adaptability in international environments
Good knowledge of digital and management systems such as SAP (HANA), Excel, Power BI
