The Junior Finance Analyst for Procurement supports the procurement organization by delivering accurate financial analyses, forecasts, and reports. The role focuses on analyzing procurement data, validating system outputs, supporting scenario and what-if analyses, and monitoring feedstock market trends. Working closely with Global and Regional Procurement Managers, the position ensures data quality, reliable insights, and effective financial support.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain advanced Excel-based reports using data sourced from
  • Tableau dashboards and the SAC system
  • Analyze the accuracy of procurement forecasts, identifying variances and key drivers
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial and procurement analyses to support Global and Regional Procurement Managers
  • Review, validate, and interpret SAC outputs monthly, ensuring consistency and data accuracy
  • Support scenario modeling and what-if analyses to assess the financial impact of procurement and feedstock price changes
  • Monitor and analyze feedstock market trends and incorporate insights into forecast and scenario analyses
  • Cooperate closely with the HUB Data Team to ensure data quality, consistency, and correct interpretation of provided datasets
  • Participate in periodic calls and meetings with procurement stakeholders to discuss forecast assumptions, results, and data-related topics
  • Contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of existing procurement and finance reporting solutions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience (or strong internship background) in financial analysis, procurement controlling, or advanced reporting
  • Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling
  • Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
  • Basic knowledge of SAP and familiarity with SAC or other planning/forecasting systems is an advantage
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-financial stakeholders
  • Fluency in English
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills
