As a Junior Finance Analyst within our Workplace Management EMEA team, you'll support the Client Account Finance Manager across all areas of the finance function. Your focus will be on delivering timely, accurate financial reporting through month-end processes, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls. You'll play a key role in managing invoicing, reconciliations, and general ledger activities while ensuring seamless financial operations for both our clients and JLL corporate teams. Prepare client invoices and supporting documentation, managing the invoicing process to ensure all revenues are correctly reported monthly
Perform month-end close activities including balance sheet reconciliations, general ledger account reviews, and SOX checklist preparation
Review payroll and disbursement costs, prepare and upload journals, and verify supporting documentation is complete
Run month-end reports and perform E1-PS interface uploads (ASC 606 reports), ensuring accurate financial results to timetable
Manage bank account funding and reconciliations, maintaining strong financial controls
Support E1 system maintenance including company setups, chart of accounts updates, and clearing unposted transactions
Close AP, AR, and GL ledgers as requested, reviewing results and flagging any issues to senior finance team members
Respond to queries from client-side finance teams, providing clear information and building collaborative relationships
2-3 years' experience in a similar finance analyst position
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent discipline
Solid accounting knowledge and understanding of financial principles
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, with knowledge of Power Pivot preferred
Experience with PeopleSoft or JDE E1 Financials systems
Strong written and verbal English language skills
Excellent attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment
Strong problem-solving skills and proactive, solution-oriented approach
Experience in facilities management or workplace management finance environments
Proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Power Pivot or database management systems
Demonstrated ability to explain complex financial information clearly and concisely to non-finance stakeholders
