Position Overview:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Junior Engineer (Saudi National) to join our team! In this role, you will perform a variety of engineering tasks by applying standard engineering techniques and analyses, contributing to the successful execution of larger and more complex projects.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Prepare reports in accordance with the project scope and requirements.
- Analyze figures and provide assessment data as requested.
- Design project plans and follow up on accomplished tasks as per the scope of work.
- Complete assignments such as drawings, specifications, and materials suitable for procurement and construction purposes, utilizing CAE/CAD tools as applicable.
- Prepare engineering computations, material quality takeoffs, estimates, surveys, and designs.
- Review supplier drawing submittals and assist in performing technical bid analyses.
- Provide input and technical guidance to CAD Designers/Drafters, Designers, and lower-level Engineers working on the same project.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related field).
- Typically 3+ years of related work experience.
- Proficiency in CAD and other PC software packages commonly associated with engineering.
- Strong project management and teamwork skills.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in soft skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Certificate or other related certifications (preferred).
- Willingness to travel or relocate to supplier, client, or construction site locations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
