Location: Adelphi, MD (Hybrid)
The Junior Endpoint Engineer is responsible for assisting in the architecture, deployment, and support of end-user computing technologies, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and associated peripherals. This role contributes to the implementation of device management strategies, software packaging and distribution, and endpoint security measures. Participates in the rollout of approved software builds, updates, and patches. Supports the selection, configuration, and maintenance of endpoint hardware and software.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the configuration, deployment, and management of windows, macOS, and mobile endpoints utilizing enterprise tools such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf, RoboPack, Delinia Privileged Manager and NexThink.
Ensure endpoint compliance with corporate security policies through proactive patching, updates, and configuration enforcement.
Provide Tier 3 technical support for escalated endpoint-related incidents and service requests.
Contributes to the automation of routine endpoint management tasks through scripting in PowerShell, Bash, Python, or NexThink Query Language (NQL).
Monitor device health and performance using analytics platforms and endpoint monitoring solutions.

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience:
1 to 3 years of tech support experience with a focus on desktop and end user technologies

Hiring Range:
$80,000.00 - $94,000.00
