Responsibilities:
- Manage day‑to‑day operations across e‑commerce platforms (e.g. Amazon, Noon, Ninja), ensuring listings are live, accurate, and optimized.
- Maintain product data, pricing, and stock availability across platforms using internal systems.
- Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and online channels to ensure availability and avoid stockouts or missed sales.
- Process customer purchase orders, coordinate deliveries, and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Track account performance, sales results, and category/SKU achievement against monthly targets, including returns and cancellations.
- Support online merchandising activities such as promotions, banners, campaigns, and content optimization in coordination with Marketing.
- Analyze performance data and prepare regular reports, sharing insights and updates with the direct manager.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service) to resolve issues, support collections, and ensure smooth account operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- No prior work experience required; internships, university projects, or coursework in analytics or e‑commerce are a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers and performance data.
- Excellent Excel skills (mandatory).
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
- High attention to detail, structured working approach, and strong willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
