Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the configuration and deployment of digital tracking solutions using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
• Support data collection and validation processes to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Help with basic Customer Data Platform (CDP) tasks, including data ingestion and preparation for activation across marketing channels.
• Contribute to marketing efficiency reporting by preparing simple dashboards and reports.
• Perform routine checks and troubleshooting for tracking and data-related issues.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection standards.
• Participate in documentation and knowledge-sharing activities within the team.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in data data-related field.

Experience: Internship or up to 1 year of experience in digital analytics, tag management, or related areas.

Technical Skills:

• Basic understanding of Tag Management Systems (e.g., GTM).
• Familiarity with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
• Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript.
• Introductory knowledge of data visualisation tools (e.g., Data Studio, Power BI).
• Marketing Knowledge: Awareness of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, PPC, campaign tagging, and social media.

Soft Skills:

• Strong willingness to learn and adapt.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Service-oriented mindset towards internal and external stakeholders.

Language: Working proficiency in English.
