Responsibilities
Your Profile
Required experience 2-4 years.
Basic understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and core modules.
Hands-on experience with JavaScript (client‑side and server‑side).
Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JSON.
Knowledge of ITIL concepts (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work in a team environment as well as Individual contributor and learn quickly.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Fluency in English is required both verbal and written
