We are looking for a creative, detail‑oriented Junior Designer to support the production of digital advertising assets across our Nordic performance marketing team. In this role, you will bring concepts to life through templated creative production and contribute to high‑quality visual outputs that follow brand and channel requirements.
About the Role
As a Junior Designer, you will work closely with the Lead Designer to produce digital assets for performance marketing campaigns. Your focus will be on adapting templates, resizing creatives, preparing variations for different channels, and ensuring all files meet platform specifications. You will collaborate with designer, copywriter, marketing managers, and media partners to deliver assets that support measurable marketing results across Nordic markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Produce and adapt digital advertising assets for paid media (social, display, programmatic, video) using provided templates.
• Support the Lead Designer with creative production, layout adjustments, and campaign asset variations.
• Resize and optimize visuals for different platforms (e.g., Meta, YouTube, Google Display, programmatic).
• Prepare production-ready files that meet brand guidelines, tactical guidelines, and channel specifications.
• Ensure quality control by checking consistency, accuracy, and technical correctness across all deliverables.
• Collaborate with the performance marketing and creative teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
• Organize and maintain asset libraries and production files.

You’ll join a Nordic performance marketing team operating across all Nordic countries. We work closely with Brand Marketing, Media & Insights, media agencies, and internal stakeholders to produce high-quality creative assets that drive measurable results. Requirements
• Education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or similar.
• 0–2 years of experience in design or digital production (internships and school projects count).
• Basic understanding of digital advertising formats (social, display, video).
• Familiarity with brand guidelines and templated production workflows. • Interest in data-driven creative and performance insights
• Fluent in English; Swedish or other Nordic languages are a plus.

Tasks in more detail:
• Participate in creative planning and brainstorming of paid media campaigns.
• Create size and language versions using templates, Creative Hub, Bannerflow, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Own smaller creative production projects alongside larger collaboration productions.
• Handle images and videos for digital platforms, using After Effects and Photoshop.
• Complete asset productions with basic object animation (e.g., animating text into place).
• Source and prepare creative imagery — native and lifestyle shots; create shortlists from stock images and present them to the marketer and lead designer.
• Archive assets and support with creative presentations; upload purchased images to the image library.
• Formalize and polish PowerPoint presentations.
• Populate languages from Excel into Creative Hub mockups.
• Support customer communication and partner unit with other marketing communication, such as email banners and prints.
