About the role

You’ll collaborate across functions, gain exposure to strategic decision-making, and play an important part in shaping the channel’s future development.
This position is ideal for someone early in their digital marketing career, eager to grow and develop towards a more strategic CRM marketing role.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns across email, app push, and WhatsApp, championing enhancements to the customer experience while ensuring alignment with business strategy.
Continuously analyse, optimise, and document campaign performance, using analytics tools to track key metrics and provide insights for improvements.
Plan, implement and evaluate A/B tests to continually optimise campaign performance.
Create target audiences based on preferences, engagement, or lifecycle stage, to deliver targeted, relevant communications.
Support and contribute to automated journeys (onboardings or lifecycle communication).
Manage collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement of campaigns and automation workflows.

A structured, proactive working style with attention to detail and the ability to independently manage tasks with guidance from the DACH CRM Manager.
Interest in e-commerce and CRM trends across the DACH region and motivation to grow into a more strategic role.
