Purpose of Position
Your location: Any country where Awin has an office. You will be able to work from home most of the time if you are based in one of these countries.
As a Junior CRM Engineer you will be part of the project team involved in the implementation of Salesforce new features (primarily Service Cloud and potentially Sales Cloud) at Awin. You will also be joining a team of CRM engineers and specialists reporting to the CRM Engineering Manager within CRM department. In this position, you will also be responsible for the day-to-day user management, maintenance and continuous roll out of Salesforce features.
Key Tasks
- Participate to the CRM team sprints to implement features supporting the defined roadmap
- Work closely with CRM Business Analyst and/or CRM Architects to understand requirements and deliver best of class solutions
- Implement scalable solutions in Apex, LWCs, SOQL, integrations (REST, Platform Events) and configuration (Flow Builder, Validation Rules, Lightning App Builder, etc.)
- Participate in the creation of technical designs with best practises in mind
- Troubleshoot Salesforce platform errors and propose possible solutions considering pros & cons
- Ensure long term success by creating and maintaining technical documentation
Skills & Expertise
- 1 years+ hands-on experience working with Salesforce
- Proficient in Apex, LWCs and Flow Builder
- Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus
- Relevant Salesforce Certifications such as Platform Developer (I and II) and Platform App Builder is a plus
- Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git, GearSet) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
- Highly customer and service oriented
- Ability to carry on tasks in autonomy and feedback on progress in a timely manner
- Excellent communication skills in English
