We are currently strengthening our Hospitality Capital Markets investment team, based in our Lisbon office. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing platform and work on high-profile projects across Portugal, from north to south, while collaborating closely with our wider EMEA team.
Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Assist senior members of the investment team in elaborating marketing materials for mandates and transactions;
- Data support and update of sector Key Performance Indicators;
- Be involved in market analysis and support in underwriting and analysis of real estate assets;
- Prepare commercial proposals and investment memorandums to investors;
Profile and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Economics, Management, or other relevant fields;
- Interest in the hospitality sector and in real estate investment;
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work within multidisciplinary teams;
- Analytical skills, particularly with Office software tools (Excel and PowerPoint);
- Dynamism, flexibility, organization, and creativity;
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written;
- Proactive attitude;
- Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and resilience;
- Capacity to adapt;
- Outgoing personality;
- Commercial mindset and interest.
