We’re looking for a motivated and service‑oriented Junior Client Service Specialist with strong Italian and English skills to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their client service career who enjoys working with customers, coordinating orders, and supporting sales teams in an international and fast‑paced environment. You’ll play an important role in building long‑term customer relationships while developing your skills within a collaborative and diverse organization.

About the Job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support and advise customers on the whole product range, the stock situation, possibilities of various products incl. customized products, special motives etc., product applications, novelties etc.
  • Independently managing the order process from initial inquiry to completed delivery of product; prepare quotes, enter orders and arrange shipments
  • Coordinate the timely delivery of our products to our customers
  • Check customer credit accounts and align with Credit Management on credit limits, check price adjustments as well as customer specific discounts and payment conditions
  • Support customers in all their inquiries and build up trustful and long-term customer relationships
  • Handle customer complaints and other problems, ensure those are solved rapidly in an efficient and professional manner to satisfy the customer
  • Support the sales representatives in the markets in a service- and solution-oriented manner

About You

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • Experience with SAP is an advantage
  • At least basic proficiency in MS Excel
  • A calm and friendly demeanor, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong collaboration skills, with a results-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to clearly communicate and explain procedures and solutions to partners
  • Fluency in Italian (at least B2 level) and English
  • Proficiency in an additional language such as French or Spanish at a minimum B2 level is an advantage
