Responsibilities / Tasks
Your Role – Make an Impact
As a (Junior) Claim Manager, you will play a key role in helping our project teams manage contracts and optimize outcomes. This role is perfect if you enjoy analyzing challenges, collaborating across teams, and contributing to solutions.
You will:
- Support the management and resolution of claims, deviations, and scope changes
- Analyze contract documents to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Prepare clear documentation, reports, and negotiation materials
- Collaborate closely with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, and Legal teams
- Contribute to claim management strategies and help implement best practices
- Gain hands-on experience in national and international projects

Education & Experience
- University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable field
- Or completed commercial apprenticeship with advanced vocational qualifications
- Additional training in project or contract management is a plus
- Experience in a similar role is welcomed, but ambitious juniors are encouraged to apply
Skills & Strengths
- Strong analytical and structured working style
- Technical understanding and a business-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in German and English (B2–C1)
- Confident, solution-focused approach to challenges
- Openness to regular travel within Germany and occasional international trips
