Job title: Junior Camera Operator / Editor – Commercial Video

As a Junior Camera Operator and Video Editor at Global, you’ll wear multiple hats—combining your passion for social video creation with the ability to work across different styles & tones. You will have a unique creative approach to every commercial video, both short-form and long-form, whilst delivering the fundamentals that make entertaining social video for each of our brands.
Key Responsibilities
Shooting (50%): Alongside Commercial Producers, work across a variety of brands like Heart, Capital, LBC and more to deliver high quality footage based on the agreed creative concepts.
Editing (50%): Work closely with the Commercial Producers to edit and deliver projects to the agreed deadline, in the appropriate tone and style of each brand you are working on behalf.

What You’ll Need
Project Management Skills: Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Creative Shooting: Ability to operate a variety of camera types like Sony FX3, FX6, whilst understanding how cameras and lenses contribute to your creative output.
Audio Recording: Experience recording high quality audio.
Video Editing: A strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere, with the ability to craft compelling edits in both portrait and landscape, using various styles, music, and graphics to keep the audience entertained.
Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in ensuring every piece of content is polished and on-brand.
Digital Expertise: A strong understanding of the digital landscape, including all social media platforms and AI tools
Client & Brand Insight: The ability to align video content with both client and Global brand identities.
Flexibility & Positivity: A can-do attitude to managing different projects and delivering top results.
