Junior Business Strategist Summer Internship — From Classroom to Career (Full-time / Part-time)

Start date: July 1st, 2026

🚀Paid Summer Internship in Bucharest with real ownership from Day 1, coaching, and hands-on commercial projects with major Romanian customers.

Salary 💸: 8,700 RON gross/month (full-time). Part-time compensation is prorated (75% for 6h/day or 50% for 4h/day). Package includes (prorated) 13th month salary and vacation bonus.

Work schedule 🗓️:

• Full-time: 3 months (summer program)
• Part-time: up to 6 months (flexible and hybrid arrangements available)

What you’ll work on (examples) 📈

• Own 1+ projects solving real sales challenges with major Romanian customers; partner cross-functionally (Brand, Finance, Supply).
• Work with national key accounts and online retailers to deliver shopper-relevant growth.
• Adapt and implement trade strategies that enable us to win with customers and achieve superior commercial fundamentals
• Provide feedback for P&G initiatives (execution details adjusted to customers’ specifics) through understanding of the local market and competition
• Help build customer business plans and prepare for external negotiations.

Job Qualifications

We are looking for 🧠

• 🎓 Final year or 1-year before graduation of Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s student in Romania with a strong interest in Sales.
• 🌟 Evidence of leadership and achievement (academic and/or extracurricular).
• 🧩 Strong analytical and critical thinking; comfortable with creative problem-solving.
• 🗣️ Excellent Romanian and English skills (written and spoken).
