The Role
We are looking for someone in our Sport & Entertainment business who supports senior colleagues, and works with specific clients to place risks with insurers. Assists with the negotiation of effective terms to ensure client needs are best met in relation to pricing and cover. Supports their Team to deliver an excellent and comprehensive service in the administration of renewals, mid-term changes and client enquiries so that customers’ needs are best satisfied through suitable cover and pricing.
What you'll do
Organise your own work to meet team goals and deadlines.
Join team meetings and share updates on your tasks.
Help with projects and suggest ideas to improve customer service.
Answer client questions by phone and email in a professional way.
Check documents to make sure information is accurate and complete.
Prepare and send information to clients and other teams.
Keep records up to date on company systems.
Follow company rules and make sure all work meets compliance standards.
Build good relationships with colleagues and clients.
Learn and develop your skills to stay up to date with industry standards.
Who we're looking for
Interest in Sport & Entertainment and a willingness to learn about insurance.
Basic understanding of insurance principles (training will be provided).
Good communication skills – clear and professional with clients and colleagues.
Organised and reliable, able to meet deadlines and manage tasks.
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
Attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
Team player who can also work independently when needed.
Positive attitude, calm under pressure, and open to change.
Numerate and literate – GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
Willingness to develop skills and take industry qualifications over time.
