We are looking for a Junior Automation Manager (m/f/d) to support our team.

Responsibilities / Tasks

Launch Management & New Equipment

  • Support the planning, steering, and analysis of global product launches, including monitoring of key launch KPIs and market developments

  • Build and continuously enhance reporting and steering tools for launch and new equipment activities

  • Structure and analyze country and market feedback to assess launch readiness, progress, and performance

Dealer Development & Sales Enablement

  • Analyze and prepare dealer performance data (e.g. sales, activity, market share) and derive actionable recommendations for sales and management

  • Support the design and implementation of dealer incentive schemes and performance programs

  • Create automated reports and dashboards to steer dealer and sales activities

Data & Automation

  • Automate reporting, planning, and sales processes to reduce manual effort

  • Structure, integrate, and ensure the quality of data from multiple sources

  • Collaborate closely with Launch, Dealer Development, other different departments and international teams to support data‑driven decision‑making

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Completed degree or vocational training in Business Informatics, Data & Analytics, Engineering, Business Administration with a data/digital focus, or a comparable field (Career starters, graduates, and junior profiles are explicitly welcome)

  • First practical experience (e.g. internships, working student roles, or project work) in data analysis / reporting and/or business or process automation

  • Advance knowledge of: Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, ideally Power Query) & SQL, Python, or BI / automation tools (e.g. Power BI, Power Automate)

  • Strong analytical capability combined with a structured and solution‑driven approach

  • Very good communication skills, strong team mindset, and the ability to turn data into actionable business insights

  • High level of learning agility, initiative, and team orientation

  • Fluent English language skills; German language skills are a plus
