Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Junior Associate to join our Information Management Services (IMS) Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) Billing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of manual invoicing, credit processing, and month-end reporting to ensure financial accuracy.
The IMS ANZ Billing team is a critical group supporting day-to-day financial activities for our Australia and New Zealand business, dedicated to maintaining high quality standards and strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Manage Financial Transactions: Process manual invoices, credits, and re-bill requests within the source system while maintaining accurate customer profiles and modifying invoices for re-issuance as required.
Collaborate for Billing Excellence: Partner with internal support groups and external customers to execute non-standard or customer-specific billing activities and facilitate web invoice submissions.
Ensure Operational Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to prescribed guidelines, timelines, and organizational procedures to exceed customer satisfaction levels and meet quality standards.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
Domain Experience: Proven experience in data input and a strong understanding of billing activities and billing close processes.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Oracle, Salesforce (SFDC), and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google G-Suite, including the ability to utilize Pivot Tables and VLookups.
Professional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills combined with sound reading comprehension to manage complex customer requirements.
Strategic Mindset: The ability to think strategically while acting tactically, demonstrating a high degree of integrity and a positive approach to individual contributions.
