Job Title: Junior AR Accountant
About the Opportunity: Are you eager to gain your first professional experience in a growing company within the medical devices industry? Ascensia Diabetes Care offers an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in Accounting.
Location: Warsaw – hybrid (minimum 8 days per month in the office)
As a Junior AR Accountant, you’ll play a role in supporting our Accounts Receivable processes while building a strong foundation in finance. You will manage customer payments, assist with reporting and month-end activities, and gain hands-on experience with ERP systems. It’s a great opportunity to learn, grow, and start your career in a dynamic, global organization.
What you will do:
Daily processing of incoming customer payments
Following up on short or late customer payments via phone and email
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints that may prevent payment
Managing emails received in the group inbox
Assisting with reports and month-end close activities related to Accounts Receivable
Gaining knowledge of ERP systems and supporting accounting and project assignments
Working closely with other departments
What you need for success:
Financial background (ongoing part-time studies; completed internship is an asset)
Initial experience in Accounting is an advantage
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365; basic ERP knowledge is a plus
Fluent English

Total Rewards:
The gross monthly base salary range for this position is 6 900 PLN - 7 700 PLN. In addition, employees may be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus of up to 8% of annual gross base salary, in accordance with the Company’s bonus policy. Compensation within the range will be determined based on objective criteria such as relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
