Junior Analyst in the Tax Service Team responsible for delivery of day-to-day tax processes and maintenance of SAP to enable the accurate and efficient delivery of Tax and Trade processes globally.

Key Responsibilities

You will execute tax operational activities, such as:

  • Setting VAT rates for new items sold globally at Haleon

  • VAT and CIT coding of invoices and expenses

  • Managing VAT rate changes, and other routine regulation changes

  • Managing SAP access for users in Global Tax and our outsource providers

  • Collecting and collating various information for tax compliance and tax audits such as contracts and logistics/customs evidence

  • You will be monitoring, resolving and reporting on tax queries

  • You will be providing support to the Tax & Stats GPO projects team in a wide range of projects such as the implementation of tax law changes

  • You will look for ways to make your activities more efficient and suggest process improvements

  • Many other miscellaneous tax tasks, for both local Polish and global activities

Knowledge/ Education / Previous Experience Required

  • Degree in finance, commerce, business, tax area

  • 1-2 years’ experience in tax or accounting background

  • Fluency in English

Preferred

  • SAP user experience

  • Experience in tax compliance / multiple tax areas

  • Experience working with global teams

  • Remuneration: 7650 to 10500 PLN gross/monthly
