What we are looking for:
Reporting to the Global Head of Total Portfolio Solutions, the Junior Analyst will join an innovative, client-focused team dedicated to delivering customized multi-asset solutions. The successful candidate will leverage strong quantitative skills to support portfolio construction and optimization, contributing to the development and enhancement of the team’s quantitative and technological architecture through programming expertise. Responsibilities include participating in research initiatives, transforming new ideas into actionable solutions, automating key processes, and creating interactive dashboards to improve efficiency, monitor portfolios, and track financial markets. This role offers the opportunity to solve real investor challenges through tailored portfolio construction using Fiera’s investment platform.
About the Multi-Asset Class Solutions Team
The Multi-Asset Class Solutions team is Fiera’s client-centric, goal-driven portfolio management unit. We employ a flexible and research-informed approach to design tailored multi-asset solutions that maximize the likelihood of achieving client objectives. Working closely with clients and their consultants, we define return targets, risk tolerance, liquidity needs, investment horizons, and specific constraints, including ESG considerations. From there, we establish an investment universe and construct optimal portfolios that reflect these parameters, leveraging the breadth of strategies and implementation capabilities available across the Fiera platform.

For all positions in Quebec (Montreal and Laval), proficiency in French, both spoken and written, is mandatory. Working English proficiency is also required in order to serve our offices and clients around the world.
