We are looking for an accountable, proactive and highly organised person who would contribute to the smooth running of the operations and fully embrace Verisure’s culture as they will act as ambassadors for the company.

The coordinator will be in charge of the coordination and admin delivery for the Sales Team. This position reports directly to the Branch Manager.

Basic Salary £15,893 + Bonus

Part-time 25 hours per week: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 2.30pm

Driving licence preferred.

Specific responsibilities

  • Co-ordinating the full sales cycle within the Sales team
  • Liaising with customers regarding services and appointments
  • Manage the stock control within the Branch
  • Preparing any material for new sales reps and installers
  • Helping introduce company procedures within new office
  • Being the first point of contact on the phone and the Branch regarding external providers and deliveries

Essential requirements

  • A demonstrable background of at least 6 months in a similar role
  • Strong Organisational and Admin Skills
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • The ability to manage a variety of different tasks simultaneously
  • The ability to be proactive in the workplace
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy of work

Desirable requirements

  • A background working in Technology, Innovative Business or Security Solutions
  • Perform well under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated
