What Makes This Role Great:

In this role, you will be the architect of our project-based financial cycles, moving beyond simple data entry to solve complex billing puzzles and optimize proprietary tools that support our global revenue streams.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Billing & Invoicing: Support end-to-end billing processes, with a specific focus on complex, project-based invoicing.
• Cash Application: Accurately apply customer payments to outstanding invoices and reconcile accounts daily.
• Customer Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer billing inquiries, resolving discrepancies efficiently.
• Tool Maintenance: Collaborate on the upkeep and data integrity of our proprietary in-house billing tool.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Education: Business management training (Office clerk), Certification as Financial Accountant advantageous
• Experience: 2–4 years in AR (Accounts Receivable) or general ledger accounting advantagous.
• Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency in Excel; experience working with custom ERPs or proprietary billing software is a major plus.
• Languages: Full professional fluency in German with strong communicative English (B2 level or higher).
