The Opportunity
This position works out of our Mexico City corporate offices in the nutritional division. Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. As Jr. Manager, Supports the execution of omni-channel marketing plans that achieve volume, organic growth, market share and profit objectives in line with the overall business priorities. Supports the implementation of the omni-channel (i.e., integrating traditional, digital, ecommerce and CRM channels to deliver a unified customer experience) marketing activities, and provide appropriate support to affiliates to assure the commercial success of assigned Abbott Nutrition Brands. Develops and manages relationships and communications with internal and cross-functional partners and external customers.
What You’ll Do
Analyze and monitor brand and competitive performance to identify new opportunities and potential risks to the business; evaluating secondary and primary data to develop holistic understanding on business and market influencers.
Participates in the planning processes of the Brand, including development of views on Brand issues and competitive positioning, focus on customer/stakeholder segments and their needs and alignment with Area strategic focus.
Lead and execute marketing activities and strategies as assigned as part of the Brand Team.
Implements digital activities as part of marketing campaigns (e.g., Facebook ads, email, SEO, SEM, display, social and cross-media advertising).
Partner with e-commerce team to develop profitable growth plans that integrate into retail brick and mortar customer strategy.
Partner with Market Research on studies that are needed to better understand internal and external business drivers and make decisions on brand plans.
Remains on budget in the implementation of in store activities, as assigned, including point of sales materials and promotions; works with S&OP team to help manage and monitor demand forecast and supply choices.
Assists in the creation of point of sales material (including budget, logistics, distribution, assortment, etc.).
Required Qualifications
B.S. in Marketing, sales, businesses or similar.
3+ years of experience in Marketing
