Provides pre-sales and/or post-sales technical support to customers including commissioning, installing, testing, and maintaining products, equipment and system.
Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve technical problems that arise start-up.
Establishes and maintain on-going positive relationship with customers to secure and develop future business.
Research, evaluates, and recommends new products or equipment’s upgrades that will meet customer needs
Monitors and resolves recurring problems to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
Train customers on the features of the equipment they have purchased.
