  • Provides pre-sales and/or post-sales technical support to customers including commissioning, installing, testing, and maintaining products, equipment and system.

  • Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve technical problems that arise start-up.

  • Establishes and maintain on-going positive relationship with customers to secure and develop future business.

  • Research, evaluates, and recommends new products or equipment’s upgrades that will meet customer needs

  • Monitors and resolves recurring problems to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction

  • Train customers on the features of the equipment they have purchased.
