This is a hands-on, business-facing HR role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, offering exposure to workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and leadership support.

The role contributes to delivering short- and long-term performance ambition for the distillery by ensuring people processes, culture, and capability are effectively embedded at site level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support execution of the Strategic Workforce Plan by partnering with operations leaders on staffing, onboarding, and workforce readiness.

  • Collaborate with Talent Engagement to ensure timely and effective recruitment for site roles.

  • Assist in building talent pipelines and supporting development planning for key roles.

  • Help embed Inclusion & Diversity initiatives through day-to-day HR practices.

  • Support the implementation of Dial Up behaviors and culture initiatives across the site.

  • Coach and guide line managers on core HR processes including performance management, talent reviews, and development conversations.

  • Work closely with HR Shared Services and Centres of Excellence to ensure smooth employee lifecycle management.

  • Support engagement initiatives, analyze people data, and help translate insights into action plans.

  • Partner with the Employee Relations team on case management, supporting disciplinary processes, grievances, absence management, and general ER advisory.

  • Build positive relationships with union and non-union employees, supporting a healthy and productive ER climate.

Qualifications & Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

  • 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or operational environment.

  • Experience supporting unionized populations is an advantage.

  • Solid understanding of core HR processes (performance, ER, talent, workforce planning).

  • Developing business acumen across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale, and Sustainability.

  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Fluent Spanish required; English proficiency preferred.
